TRAVELLING FILM FESTIVAL AT LISMORE CINEMAS
Terms & Conditions

Classifications & Age Restrictions
All films are subject to Australian classification guidelines. Entry to age-restricted sessions will only be permitted in accordance with the film’s classification. Proof of age may be required for MA15+ and R18+ films. Children and infants cannot be admitted to sessions where the classification does not permit entry.

Tickets & Booking Fees
Tickets can be purchased online via the Lismore Cinemas website or in person at the Box Office, subject to availability. A $1.50 online booking fee applies per ticket to all online bookings. No online booking fee applies to tickets purchased directly at the Box Office.

Festival Passes / Multi-Film Offers
Where a Travelling Film Festival pass or multi-film ticket package is offered, it is valid only for the number of admissions included in that pass/package and may only be redeemed in accordance with the ticketing conditions listed at the time of purchase. Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or partial refund for unused sessions.

Seating & Session Admission
All Travelling Film Festival sessions at Lismore Cinemas are general admission unless otherwise specified. We recommend arriving early to allow time for ticket collection, refreshments and seating. Late arrival may result in delayed admission until a suitable break in the screening, or non-admittance where appropriate.

Opening Night Event
Opening Night tickets may include additional inclusions such as refreshments, as advertised. These inclusions are only valid for the specified session and date and are not redeemable for cash, credit or substitution unless required by law.

Program Changes
Program details, film titles, classifications, session times and event inclusions are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change without notice. Lismore Cinemas reserves the right to vary the published program where necessary.

Refunds & Exchanges
Please check your selected session, date and time carefully before completing payment, as tickets are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law. Exchanges may be offered at Lismore Cinemas’ discretion where sufficient notice is provided prior to the session and subject to availability. Booking fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
If a session is cancelled by Lismore Cinemas, ticket holders will be offered a refund, exchange or credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Concession Tickets
Concession pricing is available only to eligible patrons and valid concession identification must be presented on request. Lismore Cinemas reserves the right to charge the full ticket price where valid concession ID cannot be produced.

Conditions of Entry
All Travelling Film Festival sessions are also subject to Lismore Cinemas’ Conditions of Entry. Lismore Cinemas reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any patron whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, offensive, intoxicated, or otherwise breaches venue policies.

Copyright & Recording
The use of cameras, mobile phones or any recording device to photograph, film or record any part of a screening is strictly prohibited. Film piracy is a criminal offence. Any person found recording or attempting to record a screening may be removed from the venue immediately and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

General
By purchasing a ticket to the Travelling Film Festival at Lismore Cinemas, patrons agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any other applicable venue policies published by Lismore Cinemas.
